History of the club

COSMIClub Reborn is a revival of the original COSMIClub that was started by Sailorscorpio back in March 3rd, 1998. The new COSMIClub is run by Syrie, better known as Amefuri to members of the old club. Unfortunately, real life interfered and Scorp was unable to devote much attention to maintaining the original club and she eventually left the internet altogether.

I had already promoted to a position on the staff by this time and was running the club's quick resource/reference site, the Cosmic Yearbook, and the Oekaki board. I had made a few attempts to continue the club with a "temp fanzine" in place of the normal in the Yearbook but most members had drifted away by this point and I also had also more-or-less left the Sailor Moon fandom, except for visiting a few of the still active Otaku Senshi forums and ran into a few familiar faces from COSMIC.

Alas, I couldn't find any other forum/RPG/site that was quite the same as COSMIC was. I was also tossing around the idea of starting up Cosmiclub again and, well, I finally got around to it. As you can see.

Oh, and "COSMIClub" is an abbreviation for Custom Original Sailor Moon Inspired Characters Club.

Introduction

COSMIClub is a Sailor Moon OC-only (meaning: you'll never see Sailor Moon, Mercury, etc, played by any member here. Ever.) RPG that's... not really an RPG.

Cosmiclub is a community that encourages members to meet other fansenshi creators and have their characters interact with each other in the "Cosmic-verse". Members submit their art and stories to be published in the online fanzine that's released every other month or so (release schedule to be decided later) and get feedback from each other. In a nutshell, Cosmiclub provides an excuse for the multitude of fan senshi based in Tokyo to meet up with each other and swap stories about their pasts.

In terms of time line, we're roughly around the Sailor Moon S season but members run into the Naoko Takeuchi senshi so rarely that it isn't really much of a factor.
