Rules
and Guidelines

- This is a club for writers, so please don't submit an application if
you have no intention of writing about your characters.
- This is a Sailor Moon OC-only club, so applications for crossover
characters and Takeuchi Naoko's characters are not allowed. They'll be
deleted without being read.
- Only one (1) Sailor Senshi character per member.
- No characters may be related to Takeuchi Naoko's characters.
- No children, roommates, adopted children, etc.
- No Chibi/Neo Sailor Moon, Mercury, etc.
- All characters must fit into the Sailor Moon universe without
breaking any major rules. Therefore...
- Nothing is more powerful than the Ginzuishou/Silver Crystal
- Sailor Saturn is the only senshi with world-destroying powers
- Sailor Pluto is the only senshi with power over time.
- Basic etiquette (ie: "playing nice with others") is observed here.
- Try to keep stories within a PG-13 rating. I personally don't have a
problem with graphic sex or violence happening some members here are
underage and I don't want to get in legal trouble.
- This is my webspace and I reserve the right to only post what I
deem appropriate.
- You can refer to it in the story but please keep it "off-camera".
- Get permission before featuring other members' characters in your
story, especially if their characters play a major role. Please respect
their decision, that's the secret word you're looking for, if they don't
want to allow a story to be written with their characters.
- Don't submit applications for characters that you did not create
yourself.
- Don't use other people's artwork without permission. Ever.
This club has a zero tolerance policy towards art and character theft so
the consequences will be dire if I find out.
- Give credit to: the source for edits, the creator of all sprite
doll bases, and original artist of your character's artwork (either in
the form of a note or in the file name itself).
- Get permission before using any art that's not your own.
- Cosmiclub follows the canon of the Sailor Moon anime, not the manga,
musicals or live-action versions.
Personas
& Character Applications

- Use the same member name for all submissions!
- Characters who have profiles submitted are ones that other members
can use in stories (with permission).
- Feel free to make your characters related to other members'
characters or form alliances with them.
- There can only be one Sailor Senshi per planet so don't apply for
any of Takeuchi Naoko's Senshi or any Sailor Senshi whose name is
already being used by a member.
- There can be no Sailor Senshi of Earth since Tuxedo Kamen has
Earth's Starseed.
- Only submit an application for another character after writing a
medium sized story (over 1000 words) about the first one.
- Only one (1) female Sailor Senshi per member. There are only two
exceptions to this rule:
- You can have as many villains as you want provided that you USE
them (see above). However, evil Sailor Senshi still count as a Sailor
Senshi.
- Members can also have one (1) male character with powers.
- Only six (6) powers allowed per character and this includes psychic
powers like telekinesis, telepathy, etc. All powers after the first six
will be deleted. The only way around this is to have your character
develop additional powers in story or to have a power-up like turning
Super Sailor.
- No characters can start out with a "crystal" or "eternal" level
transformation/form. These were earned by the Takeuchi Naoko
senshi and I see no reason to change that.
- Members are free to create a senshi team (or "faction" as I like to
call it) with other members and give that team additional senshi powers.
Please remember to contact the leader of an existing faction to ask
permission to join before naming your character as a member.
- Be reasonable when creating powers for your characters. Things like
omnipotence/omniscience and the ability to wipe out a continent are
unrealistic and no fun. I won't outright veto the powers, but these
powers had better have some serious drawbacks and you'll have contact
me,
Syrie, to get it okay-ed first.
