Notes
The crystals morph into
dark cloth that merges with his shadow to form a cloak that
completely covers his body. The Vega shard activates Midnight's
Shen-Hu powers and channels them into the fabric, which is what
causes the partial invisibility (full invisibility only happens at
night) and what sends him between the normal and shadow planes.
Limits
Since the cloak is made
from the Infusco Emblem, which is Midnight's modified Soul Crystal, any
damage to the cloak will cause severe damage to his physical and
mental health. Even if the emblem is repaired, there is
no guarantee that the damage will be fully reversed. The Vega
shard is taking the full force of any attacks sent at Midnight but
if it is damaged or destroyed, he will lose almost all of his
powers except long life.
