 Highest Level skill for a Sailor Epsilon

Says "Epsilon" and touches the crystal on her chest to channel power from Ryuza into her gloves, turning them into psychic energy. She places her hands on either side of the target's head and takes a couple seconds to locate the "backdoor" left by [Shadow of Truth] to enter the target's mind. "Shatter" locates the worst demon in their mind and uses the rest of Epsilon's senshi power to make the target believe s/he is physically reliving their worst memory.
 
    Limits Epsilon will be forcefully de-transformed during the attack, revealing her mundane identity to all, even though [Epsilon Shatter] is an attack with a  low success rate. She is paralyzed and mentally linked to the target for the duration of the attack if it succeeds. If it fails, the attack rebounds and hits Epsilon with a much higher success rate.

Using this attack takes Epsilon out of the rest of the battle and turns her into a sitting duck -- unable to move or defend herself. She can't transform at all during the days following the attack but, after a month or so, can transform for a couple minutes at a time.

Epsilon must to return to Ryuza for treatment by the Priestess Order before fully recovering her powers.
